We are in the process of developing a CRM tool for dealerships and have a question for the community as a whole.
In order for it to work the best we are going to want it to interact with DMS system for the dealers.
Does anybody have any recommendations on the best way to streamline the process?
Also, if you were looking for a strong CRM system what would you look for in an option? Feedback from all is great!
