At the Consumer Bankers Association conference in San Diego this past week, some data from JD Power was presented relating to consumer satisfaction with lenders.
The question is - has your finance company ever contacted you for anything positive? In my experience, they'll only contact you if you're late on payments.
Most consumers have no loyalty to their finance companies. If they contacted new customers with a friendly message during the first month of the loan, would that help with customer retention?
