In Dealership Training

Just wondered how often your manufacturer sends folks in to do in-dealership training for fixed ops. I recently worked on a manufacturer sponsored program and it was amazing how few dealers had ever experienced any back end in-dealership training in the past.
With fixed ops being the "contact" people for the ownership experience, seems to me that they are the ones who need the extra in-dealership efforts.
Any thoughts???
