ZenithBPO has streamlined the process of adding live chat agents/operators to act as customer service representatives or sales representatives for online customers. ZenithBPO's agents can run in tandem with your in-house staff &/or operate self sufficiently.

Eatontown, NJ, April 20, 2006 --(PR.COM)-- Consumers want to do as little as possible to achieve their goals while still receiving a quality service. ZenithBPO steps in to "simplify the process of consumption" without dramatically increasing a company’s expenses and in all cases increasing profits by outsourcing the non-core business functions. This, of course, allows companies to continue focusing on the more important aspects of daily operations.

I recently had an experience with an identical concept........

I inquired "live and online" with a "sales specialist" at a large metropolitian dealer who shall go unnamed.

All he did was ask me for contact information, and offered little in the way of information, saying it was easier for him to call me and to discuss...yadda yadda.....

Now while this may very well be true, it does little to promote the percieved value behind the service....I thought it was a joke.

We at ZBPO understand that inquiring for "live help" to only be told "We will contact you shortly" can be frustrating. Our Live Chat Agents are only as effective as the dealer wants them to be. The dealers choose the level of support, ranging from "lead generation" to a more customized full service "customer support".

We use an artificially intelligent sales agent to guide consumers through a complete online sales experience - credit, interest rates, rebates, financing, trade ins, extended service contracts, accessories, protections - everything.

Dealer gives its consumers a GREAT online SELLING experience to its consumers. Websites that encourage call, email or chat only advertising. They leave selling to live agents / in showroom activity.

Electronic agent never quits, phones in sick, works 24 x 7 x 365, can work with as many customers as dealer can bring to site, etc.

Why involve humans at all? Brains made of meat are inferior to those which run on silicon.

My opinion... and you know what they say about those... everyone has one. ;-)
