Hi All:
I am trying to gain some insight into Service Advisor pay plans around the country. Do you pay your advisors on Labor sales only, or do they also get a % of Parts? Most dealerships I work with also have a CSI bonus, but not all pay on P&L. Just curious and thought this would be a good "forum" to gain information.

I appreciate the resources you mentioned and will contact Tony Radoci. I was hoping to hear from some of the larger groups who might have consistent pay plans throughout the country.
