VW-3 out of 4 windows malfunctioned,

What would you do if this happened to you and the manufacturer would not stand behind their product? Clips that hold the window in place are made of plastic, replacements are made of metal. VW gave a 7 year from date of purchase warranty, but one month after is when mine started breaking, one at a time! It looks like a manufacturer defect to me! Do they really think I will want to buy another one? What are your thoughts?

I might take care of it if I were the dealer. It would depend on what kind of customer you are. If you bring most or all of your service to us, I'd lean towards fixing it no charge. If the only time you ever came in was for warranty service and that was the only car you ever bought from me, I'd lean against it. Frankly, I think that any car maker that puts a seven year warranty on any car or part of a car is nuts! ;)
