Welcome to the forum! Normally we'd remove posts like this because they're purely commercial in nature, but since you are considering being a sponsor of the forum, I will leave it up. However, it might help our members if you give them some more information regarding your services?
Thanks,

Thanks Mark. We appologize and did not mean to intentionally spam or anything like that.
Our current service is purely a simple, cost effective and easy way to covert a person browing a business site into a qualified lead. We use live agents/operators and we are live 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We plan on sponsoring the forum and extend a special deal to all members.

Hi ZBPO LLC,
Our dealership has a website that is made by GM directly. I found that the problem with website is not the look that they have, is the maintenance that is not done properly. Often, our used car department have cars in the website that are sold for several weeks. And as for the new car department, I think that most consumers go directly to GM general website and then go to locate dealerships and then come to us. What do you think about that ?

Hi All:
I recently attended a seminar where a lot of facts and figures about websites and dealerships were thrown around. Research shows that most leads come off of a dealerships independent website, not the one the manufacturer "provides". You will have much more control of a site that you help design. There are a lot of great dealership websites out there. Find a like brand in another city, not your local competition, and surf away. You'll find some really interesting sites out there.
Have fun!

I agree with Linda 110%. When we first offered Live Chat to dealerships we were told that most shoppers visit manufactures site first and then re-direct to dealership site. Well the truth is that like in any other business advertising is key. The sites that we have our services on would only receive a few visitors/chats a month but once they started promoting the website address in all there media outlets (print, radio, online) the amount of live chats increased 60-80%. Most consumers want the process to be simple and going to one site to only be re-directed to another and furthermore having to find a self help page, well that just makes the process slow. Our solution: Promote your site, initiate the live chat, get the qualified lead and make the sale. We are only as good as your sales staff, so most importantly every lead that we submit needs to be attended to immediately. In conclusion, yes many consumers will go right to OEM site but with a little effort you can get them to your site and convert them into a customer.
Feel free to give me a call sometime and see if I can offer some help.
Thanks,
