My name is Jim Lynch – I have been in the automotive industry for over 23 years now. I am the Director of Training for Monro Muffler Brake Inc. I operate a training facility in Rochester NY, and am responsible for the training and development of over 3200 employees in 621 stores. I have been on the training side of things now for almost 10 years. Prior to that I have turned wrenches and managed automotive repair stores. I currently hold an ASE Master Technician status.
