Since you have a Fixed Operations Consulting Company, are you aware of the print magazine called "Fixed Ops Magazine"? There's also a weekly electronic publication (that's free of charge) called "Fixed Ops Weekly." I have been involved in some of those projects, and thought I'd give you a heads up, in case you hadn't heard of them.

Nice to see you on the forum. I highly recommend both of the publications that Mark mentioned in his e-mail. Both are great! I, too, am in the consulting field - specializing in certification programs (Blue Oval, Five Star, etc.) and in overall dealership improvement. I'd love to hear from you anytime.
