Hello,
Well this is a complaint thread, so I'm going to complain. I spent two years running a special finance lead company. I believe, honestly, that many of the complaints that I heard from dealers about lead quality and performance of my leads was due to a lack of urgency about getting back in touch with these customers quickly.
The average response time for dealers is over five hours, according to a recent report. That's ridiculous, especially when you consider that dealers are paying good money for these leads (they are not cheap!).
I don't want to keep plugging my own blog, but I am completing an article that talks a lot about internet consumers and what dealers can do to increase their performance.
I'd like to invite you to check out TheSubprimeReport.com. I don't only talk about subprime, but get into many other issues that may affect your dealership.
Hope to see many of you subscribe. :)
Happy Holidays!
