Hello there,
According to a recent study, vehicle shoppers make most of their buying decisions online first. The dealer website is more important than ever in the customer's buying decision process. Access to your inventory is critical as well, as they no longer call to see what's in stock but go online first. Once they have made a decision on brand, they typically only go to one dealer within that brand to buy their car.
Also, according to a recent study by a large web analytics firm, consumers are using search engines at a record breaking pace. In November, over 8.1 billion searches were made, or 48 searches per person.
