To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Dawn Bowen and had written you last week in regards to a situation concerning the repossession of the Dodge Stratus. I am happy to say that I received a call from Jeff on Friday around 4pm and after speaking to him about the situation and his review of the events that occurred he gave me two options to resolve this matter that were both fair. He offered me my money back that I had put down or the option to start over with no money down and a new car. By that night at 9pm I was driving away in a different car and very happy with the outcome of this.

Jeff referred us to see Vicki when we got to JD Byrider and she was great in getting us into another car that was both in our budget and comfortable to our family size.

When closing the deal we spoke with Steve who done everything to make sure we were off to a great start with a clean slate. He went through everything thoroughly and made sure all information was correct for the best interest of both parties involved. I drove out of JD Byrider with a full tank of gas, a good looking reliable car, and a smile on my face.

Thank you JD Byrider, I am very happy with the resolution in this matter and would be happy to say that although there was mix ups at the beginning JD Byrider done everything to keep there customers happy and would be the first to tell anyone JD Byrider first concern is to make customers happy and help them build good credit while driving in nice, safe and reliable cars.

Thanks again to JD Byrider, Jeff, Steve, and Vicki for I am very pleased with the customer service provides by JD Byrider and there staff.

I will also post this letter on autoindustryforum.com, I will also be sending a copy of this to our local newspaper, the better business bureau, and state attorney general’s office.
