Rumors I have heard is that the Budd Company, a subsidiary of Thyssen-Krupp is up for sale.
Bing Steel and Johson Controls are two interested parties that I have heard of, of course being retired my sources are lacking.
As a retiree I am certainly interested in any substantiation of the rumor and if anyone has experience with how such a sale impacts on UAW retirement benefits. :confused:
