I'm really interested to hear from dealerships on what they want from a dealer website solution provider.

What is important to you? What problems have you had? Why do you want a dealer website? Obviously it's more sales and leads, but perhaps having a better looking website than xyz dealer also plays into it?

I'd love to hear any input you have. Thanks!

Christine

A dealership website needs to be first and foremost easy to navigate for the customer. Yes, a good look is nice, but a bad compromise for simplicity of use getting to the information and the product of interest that will ultimately put an opportunity at your store's doorstep. There are some great looking sites, that cannot be accessed by the target user because of active X controls, java, etc. that employers block. 74% of shoppers on line shop from work. If you can't be easily accessed, they will move forward to one that can accomodate their shopping needs.
