Hello to all forum members. My name is Greg Reichenbach. I've been on the "Retail Automobile" sales side for over thirty years. It's great to find this forum specific to our industry. As I read many of the posts, it pleases me to see so many who are dedicated to this industry and want to successfully be involved.
The most important lesson my years have taught is... what I learn and do today will mark my future. Past years of experience teach you the importance of today.
I know there is a lot of disconcerting news (GM and Ford financial ills, credit issues with customers up side down etc. etc.) and that it especially scary to you who are new in this business. Maybe you can take comfort in knowing this turbulance has existed for more than my thirty plus years.
Like a Boxer... you must learn to bob and weave. It's important to keep another "boxing" analogy in mind. World Heavyweight Champion, Joe Louis said, "A champion doesn't become a champion in the ring. He is merely recognized in the ring. The 'becoming' happens during his daily routine.
