Automotive Motivational Speakers

I am researching an automotive related motivational speaker for an upcoming sales meeting this year. Has anyone experienced one that understands automotive and can really have an impact on upper management. (Multi unit supervisors) It is hard to find ones that relate well with the automotive industry. I would love to get a few leads!

Not too sure EXACTLY what or who you want, but my professor may be the ticket. He is damn good.
