Client Management :

-Enter new client information only one time. The rest is done with minimal data entry
-We generate dispute letters and send them through our office
-Accounts are marked as "Deleted", "Fixed", "Open" or "Hold" depending on the specific situation
-Have your clients check the progress online, eliminating 80% of your inbound customer support phone calls
-Detailed "Credit Repair Process" section allows you to note each phone call or each action on a client's account.
-Automatic email notification to client upon "Credit Repair Process" update, reminding the client where to login and their username and password
-Eliminate all paperwork as you forward everything to our office for processing.

Prospect Management :

-Enter an unlimited number of prospects into your system at no extra cost.
-Create sales people to follow-up with each lead
-Sales people can enter in sales notes upon each phone call. Each note is date stamped and has the name of the sales person that entered it
-Sales notes allow multiple sales people to contact leads without calling multiple times per day, since they can see when the last time they were called and what was talked about.
-Data is moved to the client side at the click of a button once prospect is enrolled; never double data entry

Affiliate Management :

-Create unlimited number of affiliates into the system.
